快速成型技術的基本想法

山東快速成型技術又稱快速原型制造技術,是現代制造技術的重要組成部分。快速成型設備可以直接、快速、精確地把設計構想或設計方案通過模型建立、近似處理和切片處理等過程轉變為實際的零件原型或者直接制造零件,為零件的原型制作和設計構想的校驗等方面提供了一種高成效低成本的實現手段,彌補了傳統制造方法的不足。
Shandong rapid prototyping technology, also known as rapid prototyping manufacturing technology, is an important part of modern advanced manufacturing technology. The rapid prototyping equipment can directly, rapidly and accurately transform the design concept or design scheme into the actual part prototype or directly manufacture the parts through the process of model building, approximate processing and slicing, which provides a cost-effective means for the prototype production of parts and the verification of design concepts, and makes up for the shortcomings of traditional manufacturing methods.
快速成型的基本原理是基于“離散-堆積”方法,即“分層制造,逐層疊加”。快速成型制造的核心是模型的離散化處理和堆積加工。快速成型的具體過程包括:前處理(即零件三維模型的建立、近似處理、切片處理等)、分層疊加成型(截面輪廓的制造與堆積)和后處理(表面處理等)。
The basic principle of rapid prototyping is based on the "discrete stacking" method, that is, "layered manufacturing, layered stacking". The core of rapid prototyping manufacturing is the discrete processing and stacking processing of models. The specific processes of rapid prototyping include: pre-processing (that is, the establishment of 3D model of parts, approximate processing, slicing processing, etc.), layered overlay molding (manufacturing and stacking of profiles), and post-processing (surface treatment, etc.).
把所有零件的三維模型看作是由許多等厚度的二維平面層輪廓沿某一方向疊加而成的,即把零件三維模型劃分為一層層的二維平面。因此根據零件的三維模型,先在CAD軟件里將模型進行近似處理,然后到快速成型系統輔助軟件中將近似處理后的模型進行分層切片,得到各層截面的輪廓。
The 3D model of all parts is regarded as the superposition of many 2D plane layers with equal thickness along a certain direction, that is, the 3D model of the part is divided into layers of 2D planes. Therefore, according to the 3D model of the part, first approximate the model in CAD software, and then slice the approximate model layer by layer in the rapid prototyping system assistant software to obtain the profile of each layer of section.
按照這些輪廓,激光束選擇性一層層地切割原材料,或固化一層層的液態樹脂,燒結一層層的粉末材料,或噴射源選擇性地噴射一層層的粘接劑或熱熔材料等,形成各截面輪廓并逐步沿著加工方向堆積疊加成三維實體。對于大部分的快速成型設備,其實質都是把零件看成一層層的平面輪廓堆疊而成。
According to these profiles, the laser beam selectively cuts raw materials layer by layer, or solidifies layers of liquid resin, sinters layers of powder materials, or the jet source selectively sprays layers of adhesives or hot-melt materials, forming various cross sections and gradually stacking them along the processing direction to form three-dimensional entities. For most rapid prototyping equipment, its essence is to stack parts as layers of plane contours.
