手板加工的過(guò)程及方式
手板模型的加工過(guò)程是一個(gè)非常重要的環(huán)節(jié),但是在手板制作的時(shí)候,需要做的就是根據(jù)客戶的要求很好的檢驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品制作的環(huán)節(jié)是否會(huì)出現(xiàn)很多的問(wèn)題,是否會(huì)在很多結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和外觀設(shè)計(jì)的環(huán)節(jié)上出現(xiàn)一些意想不到的問(wèn)題。這個(gè)過(guò)程手板廠需要不斷的反思,不斷改進(jìn),不斷的將產(chǎn)品的每個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)都做到位,才能很大程度上滿足客戶在檢驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)合理性的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行好的思考。
The processing process of the prototype model is a very important step, but when making the prototype, it is necessary to check whether there will be many problems in the product production process according to the customer's requirements, and whether there will be unexpected problems in many structural and appearance design stages. In this process, the prototype factory needs to constantly reflect and improve, constantly putting every detail of the product into place, in order to greatly meet the needs of customers for good thinking on the basis of verifying the rationality of product design.
一般是手板模型加工方式有:
The general processing methods for prototype models include:
1、CNC手板:加工精度可以達(dá)到±0.05mm。CNC手板加工方式的主要材料有:ABS、PC、PMMA、PA 、POM、PA+玻纖、電木。其中ABS是常見(jiàn)也常用的塑膠材料,PC、PMMA為加工透明件手板所用,PC為半透 明狀態(tài),PMMA為全透明狀態(tài),如手機(jī)的鏡片,眼鏡等。
1. CNC prototype: The machining accuracy can reach ± 0.05mm. The main materials used for CNC prototype processing include ABS, PC, PMMA, PA, POM, PA+fiberglass, and bakelite. Among them, ABS is the most common and commonly used plastic material, PC and PMMA are used for processing transparent handboards, PC is in a semi transparent state, and PMMA is in a fully transparent state, such as the lenses of mobile phones, glasses, etc.
2、復(fù)模手板:加工精度為±0.15mm/100mm。其材料為液體PU,性能有類ABS、類PC等。對(duì)于小批量10~100 套左右的塑膠產(chǎn)品來(lái)說(shuō),此加工工藝是為合適,周期都占有優(yōu)勢(shì),是短期小批量產(chǎn)品的好方法。
2. Duplex template: machining accuracy of ± 0.15mm/100mm. Its material is liquid PU, with properties such as ABS and PC. For small batch plastic products of around 10-100 sets, this processing technology is the most suitable and has an advantage in price cycle, making it a good method for short-term small batch products.
3、SLA手板:加工精度為±0.1mm。對(duì)于一些形狀復(fù)雜表面精細(xì)的零件是比較適合的,比如玩具、工藝品 等。但因?yàn)槠浼庸ぞ容^CNC手板較低,材料較脆,制作出來(lái)的塑膠手板不利于結(jié)構(gòu)認(rèn)證,所以我們認(rèn)為,SLA 激光快速成型的使用價(jià)值在于他能與CNC加工形成良好的互補(bǔ)作用,它可以完成CNC加工不到的細(xì)節(jié)。
3. SLA prototype: machining accuracy is ± 0.1mm. It is more suitable for parts with complex shapes and fine surfaces, such as toys, handicrafts, etc. However, due to its lower processing accuracy and brittle material compared to CNC handboards, the plastic handboards produced are not conducive to structural certification. Therefore, we believe that the greatest value of SLA laser rapid prototyping lies in its ability to form a good complementary effect with CNC machining, and it can complete details that CNC machining cannot achieve.
有時(shí)候客戶設(shè)計(jì)出來(lái)一款產(chǎn)品制作手板的交期自己也不知道該怎么處理這些問(wèn)題,他們往往只是憑著一個(gè)又一個(gè)的想象力,將產(chǎn)品的功能劃分為每個(gè)區(qū)間,但是真正的能好好的利用手板樣品為設(shè)計(jì)做思考的,還是很難做到這樣的處理方式的,為了能保證設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)候小化的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),我們需要在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行深入的思考,并且在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的每個(gè)步驟上進(jìn)行一些小的思考,進(jìn)行一些很好的局部的改進(jìn)和設(shè)計(jì),在手板上做到了,并且利用科學(xué)的換位思考進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的功能定位,那么手板模型的加工才能更好的起到作用,才能更好的將設(shè)計(jì)做到。
Sometimes customers may not know how to handle the delivery time of a product design prototype. They often just rely on one imagination after another to divide the product's functions into each section. However, it is still difficult to achieve such a processing method if they can truly make good use of prototype samples to think about the design. In order to minimize risks during the design process, we need to think deeply in the product design stage, and make some good local improvements and designs at each step of the product design. We need to achieve the cheapest and best prototype price, and use scientific empathy to position the product's functions. Therefore, the processing of prototype models is necessary. Only by doing so can we better serve our purpose and achieve perfection in our design.
