一種為間接制模,間接制模是以快速原型為模型采用某種工藝制造模具;

電弧噴涂快速制模以原型為樣模,將熔點(diǎn)的熔化金屬充分霧化后以一定的速度噴射到樣模表面,形成模具型腔表面,背襯充填復(fù)合材料,用填充鋁的環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂或硅橡膠支撐,將殼與原型分離,得到精密的模具,并加入澆注系統(tǒng)和冷卻系統(tǒng)等,連同模架構(gòu)成注射模具。
