手板模型表面加固有哪幾種工藝?

當手板模型表面加固時,主要有以下幾種工藝。

1、滾壓加工
1. Rolling processing
經(jīng)淬火和精磨后,可使用滾子或球在常溫下滾動手板模型表面,使其發(fā)生塑性變形。軋制后,可以有效地改善手板模型表面的粗糙度。此外,冷硬層和殘余壓應(yīng)力也能有效提高其承載力和疲勞強度。
After quenching and fine grinding, the roller or ball can be used to roll the surface of the handboard model at room temperature to make it plastic deformation. After rolling, the surface roughness of the hand plate model can be effectively improved. 2. 噴丸加工

它使用一個非??斓那驌糁惺职灞砻?,使它看起來是一個冷硬層和殘余壓應(yīng)力。可顯著提高零件的疲勞強度和使用壽命。珠材可采用鑄鐵,關(guān)鍵絲也可采用。如果有些工件是由鋁加工而成,為了避免以上一些鐵顆粒導(dǎo)致的腐蝕問題,使用鋁球或玻璃球。這種加固工藝特別適用于某些碰撞復(fù)合材料,不能用于其它強夯方法。

3.鉆石拋光過程

這是一種利用圓柱形或球形金剛石壓縮手模板的方法。通過這一工藝,可以有效的提高工件的表面質(zhì)量,提高生產(chǎn)效率,同時還可以使手板具有更好的疲勞強度。
This is a method of compressing hand template with cylindrical or spherical diamond. Through this process, the surface quality of the workpiece can be effectively improved, the production efficiency can be improved, and the hand plate can also have better fatigue strength.
