快速成型手板內孔加工的方法!

鉆孔時,由于麻花鉆的長度長,鉆芯直徑小,剛性差,又有橫向邊緣的影響,所以鉆孔具有以下工藝特點。

1. 鉆頭容易變形;

與麻花鉆相比,擴孔鉆的結構具有以下特點。
Compared with twist drill, the structure of reamer has the following characteristics.
1. 良好的剛性;由于擴孔后的刀量小,切屑少,擴孔后的切屑槽淺而窄,鉆芯直徑較大,增加了擴孔工作部分的剛性。
1. Good rigidity; due to the small amount of cutter and less chips after reaming, the chip groove after reaming is shallow and narrow, and the core diameter is large, which increases the rigidity of the working part of reaming.
2. 好方向;擴孔鉆頭有3-4個刀具齒,刀具周圍的刃數增加,導向效果相對增強。
2. Good direction: the reaming bit has 3-4 cutter teeth, the number of blades around the cutter increases, and the guiding effect is relatively enhanced.
3.好芯片的條件;鉸孔鉆頭無橫向刃參與切削,切削速度快,可采用較大的進給,生產率較高,同時切屑少,切削平穩,不易劃傷加工表面。
3. Good chip conditions; reaming bit has no transverse edge to participate in cutting, with high cutting speed, large feed can be adopted, high productivity, less chips, stable cutting, and not easy to scratch the machining surface.
因此,與鉆孔相比,鉸孔具有更高的加工精度和更低的表面粗糙度值,可以在一定程度上修正鉆孔的軸向誤差。
Therefore, compared with drilling, reaming has higher machining accuracy and lower surface roughness value, which can correct the axial error of drilling to a certain extent.
