快速成型技術(shù)具有哪些優(yōu)勢(shì)?
速成型技術(shù)在無需準(zhǔn)備任何模具、刀具和工裝卡具的情況下,直接接受產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)(CAD)數(shù)據(jù),快速制造出新產(chǎn)品的樣件、模具或模型。因此,RP技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用可以大大縮短新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期、降低開發(fā)成本、提高開發(fā)質(zhì)量。
Rapid prototyping technology directly accepts product design (CAD) data without the need to prepare any molds, tools, and fixtures, and quickly manufactures new product samples, molds, or models. Therefore, the promotion and application of RP technology can greatly shorten the development cycle of new products, reduce development costs, and improve development quality.
