激光快速成型在農機制造中的應用!

農業機械生產過程具有特殊性。零件多具有較復雜的形狀,如耕地機械、整地機械和收獲機械等。此外,復雜曲面較多,如犁體曲面、旋耕機旋刀、水泵葉輪和送料螺旋等,而且根據具體的生產情況不同,其形狀還需相應調整。

激光選區燒結是快速成型制造中的重要工藝方法之一。該技術采用逐層材料添加的原理,對三維實體模型進行切片分區處理,生成激光燒結的掃描路徑.
