手板模型制作在整個快速成型系統(tǒng)中很重要！

手板模型制作這個稱呼是一種新的叫法，擔心大家看不懂，所以就弄了個怪怪的名字。因為有些人稱呼模型制作，有些人稱呼手板制作，其實都是將3D數(shù)據轉化加工成實物模型，都叫模型制作。
Handboard model making is a new name. I'm afraid we can't understand it, so I got a strange name. Because some people call it model making, some call it handboard making. In fact, they all transform 3D data into physical models, which are called model making.
而手板模型制作在整個快速成型系統(tǒng)中占據著非常重要的一環(huán)，它是對快速成型外觀形體與思維的驗證，也是對結構工程設計可行性的驗證，是不可或缺的驗證環(huán)節(jié)。
The handboard model making plays a very important role in the whole rapid prototyping system. 其實很多工設畢業(yè)的同學，應該對模型這個詞都不陌生了，在快速成型流程中就有模型制作這一環(huán)，而且在學校學習的時候就有制作泥模的經驗，對于為什么要制作模型應該早就有答案了。

當然只要進入快速成型行業(yè)的朋友對模型手板也不在陌生了，當設計完成以后，都是需要發(fā)出去制作模型的。

手板模型制作其實就是為了驗證設計可行性能否達到理想的狀態(tài)，在設計過程中又有哪些隱藏弊端，不管是造型弊端還是結構設計弊端，都需要手板模型的制作來驗證。
