What is silica gel mold?

硅膠復模是利用3D打印好的原型，在真空狀態下制作出硅膠模具，并在真空狀態下采用PU材料進行澆注，從而克隆出與原樣板一樣的復制件。其特點具有免開模，制作成本低，成型速度快，交期快等特點，被廣泛用于手板，小批量定制。硅膠模具其壽命大概可以使用20次，硅膠復模精度可達到：0.1-0.2，適合1000以內的小批量定制。

一、原型制作

1、 Prototyping

在制作硅膠復模手板模型之前，需要制作原型。原型可以采用3D打印或者cnc制作。

二、硅膠模

2、 Silica gel mold

原型準備好之后，開始制作硅膠模。

After the prototype is ready, start making the silica gel mold.

八個小時干化后，將硅膠模切開，取出原型。此時硅膠模準備完畢。

After drying for eight hours, cut the silica gel die and take out the prototype. The silicone mold is now ready.

三、注型

3、 Injection type

將液體樹膠材料注入硅膠模，干化后即可。透明硅膠模使用壽命大約15-25模次。適用全小批量定制

Inject the liquid gum material into the silica gel mold and dry it. The service life of transparent silica gel mold is about 15-25 mold times. Applicable to full small batch customization

用CNC，SLA，或者3d打印加工出原型，做水口

Use CNC, SLA, or 3D printing to process the prototype and make the nozzle

用板子將原型圍住，為做模具做準備

Surround the prototype with a board to prepare for the mold

將用真空機抽好真空了的液體硅膠倒入模具內，將產品全部覆蓋住

Pour the liquid silica gel vacuumized by the vacuum machine into the mold and cover all the products

將模具放入烤箱內烘烤，以便硅膠模具加速固化成型

Put the mold into the oven to bake, so that the silica gel mold can accelerate curing

將原型從模具內取出

Take the prototype out of the mold

根據產品所需要的材料，抽真空倒料,復制出成品

According to the materials required by the product, vacuum and pour the material to copy the finished product
