山東快速成型簡(jiǎn)稱RP,即將計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)CAD計(jì)算機(jī)輔助制造CAM計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)字控制CNC、激光、精密伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)和新材料等技術(shù)集于一體,依據(jù)計(jì)算機(jī)上構(gòu)成的工件三維設(shè)計(jì)模型,對(duì)其進(jìn)行分層切片,得到各層截面的二維輪廓信息,快速成型機(jī)的成形頭按照這些輪廓信息在控制系統(tǒng)的控制下,選擇性地固化或切割一層層的成形材料,形成各個(gè)截面輪廓,并逐步順序疊加成三維工件。
