一、內力作用導致零件加工精度改變
1、 The machining accuracy of parts is changed due to internal force
車床加工時,通常是利用向心力的作用,用車床的三爪或者四爪卡盤,把零件卡緊,然后對鈑金零件進行加工。同時,為了確保零件在受力時不松動、減小內徑向力的作用,要使夾緊力大于鈑金的切削力。夾緊力隨著切削力的加大而加大,隨之減小而減小。

二、熱處理加工后容易產生變形問題

對于薄片類的鈑金零件,由于其長徑非常大,在對其進行熱處理后容易出現草帽彎曲的狀況。一方面會出現中間鼓出的現象,平面偏差加大,另一方面由于各種外界因素的影響,使零件產生彎曲現象。

這些變形問題的產生不僅是由于熱處理后的零件內應力發生了變化,還有操作人員的知識不扎實,不太了解零件的結構穩定性,從而加大了零件變形的概率。
