1.立體光刻技術(SLA)

It is a popular method because of its lower cost and the ability to manufacture high-quality parts. This method uses high-power or electron beams to melt and layer the adhesive with the powder to create production parts or forming. PBF uses power based materials such as copper, aluminum, and stainless steel.
5.片材層壓或層壓物體制造(LOM)
5. Sheet Lamination or Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM)

Compared to SLS and SLM, sheet lamination is not as complex. This process does not require you to achieve the desired results in a specially controlled environment. The working principle of sheet lamination is to use a laser beam to place layers of metal, plastic, and ceramic cutting materials together to create the required CAD design. Each layer is glued together until the entire component is completed. However, this method is labor-intensive and requires a significant amount of time.
6.數字光處理(DLP)
6. Digital Light Processing (DLP)
DLP與SLA方法幾乎相同。DLP使用的是樹脂聚合,使用一束光進行固化。DLP的光源來自投影儀,而SLA的光源則來自激光束。DLP比SLP更便宜、更快速,但它在后期固化方面需要更多基礎設施。
The DLP and SLA methods are almost identical. DLP uses resin polymerization and a beam of light for curing.
