結構手板件加工的流程特點介紹

一步編程:手板加工需要先設計好產品圖(3D圖、2D圖),根據3D圖編好程序,這步驟是的工程師編程,其中有些復雜的零件需要拆件編程。然后把編好的程序輸入CNC或3D打印機里制作成型。
One step programming: Handboard processing requires designing product drawings (3D, 2D) first, and programming based on 3D drawings. This step involves professional engineer programming, with some complex parts requiring disassembly programming. Then input the compiled program into a CNC or 3D printer to create a shape.
二步成型:成型有CNC加工和3D打印。
Two step molding: The molding includes CNC processing and 3D printing.
CNC電腦鑼加工是根據編好的程序加工,需要的操機師傅作業,按照程序裁切材料大小,然后找原點按程序走刀,一般是先走開粗刀再刀精密刀在到光刀。手板很多零件是需要加工幾個面的,就需要填充石膏翻面加工。填石膏是省去制造夾具成本。加工好的產品再把石膏敲除清洗。
CNC computer gongs are processed according to a programmed program, requiring professional machine operators to cut material sizes according to the program, and then find the origin and follow the program to move the knife. Generally, the coarse knife is removed first, and then the precision knife is cut to the smooth knife. Many parts of the hand board need to be processed on several surfaces, so it needs to be filled with gypsum and turned over for processing. Filling with gypsum saves the cost of manufacturing fixtures. After processing the product, remove the gypsum and clean it.
三步是清理試裝: 把CNC加工出來的結構手板件去除石膏、披鋒。一些未加工到的就手工處理,比如一些直角未加工到的手工鏟成直角,拆件加工的要拼接粘接起來,需要裝配的試裝是否有干涉。3D打印出來的工件也是需要手工清理、拼接、試裝,因為在打印中會有支撐,撐住工件保證工件不變形,打印出來后就需要支撐。
The third step is to clean and test assemble: remove the gypsum and edges from the CNC processed structural hand panels. Some unprocessed parts are manually processed, such as those that have not been processed into right angles by hand, which need to be spliced and bonded when disassembling and processing, and whether there is interference in the trial assembly that needs to be assembled. The 3D printed workpiece also requires manual cleaning, splicing, and trial assembly, as there will be support during printing to support the workpiece and ensure it does not deform. After printing, the support needs to be removed.
四步打磨拋光: CNC加工和3D打印出來的結構手板件表面還是有刀紋不平整需要打磨拋光才光滑,光滑才可做后續的后處理噴漆、電鍍、氧化等等。這一步也是需要的師傅打磨,要不會磨變形,產品無線條感,菱角的磨成R角或磨不到位,比如透明亞克力面罩CNC加工出來是磨砂半透的需要打磨師傅打磨拋光才達到透明,不的拋不透,或者透明了表面還有很多刀紋和劃痕。

For example, if the transparent acrylic mask CNC is processed, it needs to be polished by a polishing master to achieve transparency. If it is not polished by an unprofessional master, or if it is transparent, there are still many knife lines and scratches on the surface.
五步是表面處理: 把打磨好的手板上色或做其他處理。比如噴油氧化絲印鐳雕,這一步是更關鍵的,設計和前面的加工制作有沒有做好就看這一步了。外觀顏色的搭配和產品的線條,做完后處理就馬上可以體現。
The five steps are surface treatment: color the polished hand board or perform other treatments. For example, oil spray oxidation screen printing laser carving is the most crucial step, and whether the design and previous processing are done well depends on this step. The combination of exterior colors and product lines can be immediately reflected after processing.
