編程師編程。

編程師傅根據手板模型的3D圖進行編程并安排CNC操機員加工，而且多數手板模型制作加工公司都會用到proe這個工具，在業務過程中，proe這個工具很大程度上把客戶的需求信息描述得很清楚，技術可以很好的根據這些分析的數據開展工作。

手板零件經過測圖沒有問題之后，可以進行零件的組裝工作了，手板的裝配是驗證產品設計是否合理，是否達到預期功能的必不可少的環節。手板模型在裝配過程中如果發現有問題，只有2種辦法可以處理。一，手工修改；二，重新設計。

手板模型零件打磨拋光

前幾步如果都沒有問題了，便可將零件打磨拋光。打磨拋光是為了表面處理，但是有些不可見的零件可以選擇不打磨拋光。
If there are no problems in the first few steps, the parts can be polished and polished. Polishing is for surface treatment, but some invisible parts can choose not to be polished.

手板模型裝飾設計

模型完成后，有的客戶可能還需要做絲印，移印，燙金等裝飾處理，主要是做LOGO或文字處理，在手板模型上做LOGO裝飾也是很多公司常用的方法。
