手板模型制作后的打磨要注意什么?
手板模型制作工藝后處理打磨的方法一般可以分為濕打磨,機械打磨和干打磨三種。(1)機械打磨:大面積施工時,為了提高工作效率,可采用機械打磨方法,如電動打磨機圓盤式和振動式。(2)干打磨:采用砂紙進行打磨。適用于硬而脆的漆種的打磨,其缺點是操作過程中將產生很多粉塵,影響環境衛生。(3)濕打磨:用水砂紙蘸水或肥皂水打磨。水磨能減少磨痕,提高涂層的平滑度,并且省砂紙、省力。但水磨后應注意噴涂下層油漆時,一是要等水磨層完全干透后才能涂下層油漆,否則漆層很容易泛白。另吸水性很強的底材也不宜水磨。
