1、編程。編程是手板模型制作的一步，編程人員會先將客戶提供過來的的3D模型，進行編寫成控制數控加工的程序語言。

1. Programming. Programming is a step in the production of hand model. Programmers will first write the 3D model provided by customers into a program language to control NC machining.

2、CNC加工。就是將程序語言輸入到計算機當中，通過程序的命令進行加工。

2. CNC processing. Is to input the program language into the computer and process it through the program command.

3、手工處理。cnc加工出來的樣品，或許會有毛刺、刀痕等，所以接下來需要手板師傅進行去毛刺及打磨拋光等，這樣使得表面更多光滑美觀，也便于下一步的表面處理。

4、表面處理。表面處理師傅會根據客戶提供過來程圖紙清單進行表面處理，終加工成客戶想要的效果。常見的表面處理工藝有噴漆，電鍍，絲印，鐳雕，陽氧化，拉絲處理等方式。

5、組裝。在對手板進行處理好了以后就需要進行裝配以及數據的檢測工作了，不過在進行表層處理之前，一般也是要行試組裝的工作，保證設備的性能。
