真空復(fù)模是利用原有的樣板,在真空狀態(tài)下制作出硅膠模具,并在真空狀態(tài)下采用PU材料進(jìn)行澆注,從而克隆出與原樣板相同的復(fù)制件的一種較為常見的加工方式。其主要用于塑膠手板小批量的定制,一般在幾十個(gè)到上百個(gè)的塑膠手板,如果采用這種方式加工是比較劃算的。

真空復(fù)模產(chǎn)品材料性能可模擬大部分現(xiàn)有工程材料性能,常見材料有國(guó)產(chǎn)PU、進(jìn)口PU、透明PU、軟PU、賽鋼、ABS、PP、PC耐高溫的ABS等,同時(shí)可復(fù)制出透明件如PC,有機(jī)玻璃等,熱塑性彈性體TPR、TPR、TPU等以及各種軟性材料如硅膠、橡膠等。

低壓灌注是應(yīng)用于快速模具的一項(xiàng)新工藝,主要是將雙組份聚氨酯材料經(jīng)混合后,在常溫、低壓環(huán)境下注入快速模具內(nèi),通過材料的聚合、交聯(lián)、固化等化學(xué)和物理過程形成制品。具有效率高、生產(chǎn)周期短、成本低的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。適用于產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中的小批量試制,以及小批量生產(chǎn)的、結(jié)構(gòu)較為簡(jiǎn)單的覆蓋件和大型厚壁及不均勻壁厚制品的生產(chǎn)。
Low pressure pouring is a new process applied to rapid tooling, which is mainly to inject two-component polyurethane materials into the rapid tooling at room temperature and low pressure after mixing, and form products through chemical and physical processes such as polymerization, crosslinking and curing of materials. It has the advantages of high efficiency, short production cycle and low cost. It is suitable for small batch trial production in the process of product development, as well as the production of panel parts with simple structure and large thick wall and uneven wall thickness products in small batch production.
低壓灌注可以灌注厚壁產(chǎn)品,并且壁厚可以是不均勻的產(chǎn)品,正常灌注壁厚(5-6mm)厚可以做到30mm左右,模具采用的材質(zhì)很多(有鋁模,樹脂模,塑膠模、石膏模等),灌注材料選擇較多,有進(jìn)口材料,有國(guó)產(chǎn)材料,有接近ABS的材料,有接近pp的材料。
